Leadership comes naturally to some, but needs to be learned by most. As your executive coach, I will act as your “thought partner” on leadership, and the opportunities and responsibilities that come with it. By working within the boundaries of a confidential one-on-one relationship, my goal is to add focus and clarity to your personal leadership development process. I am also committed to providing the right combination of challenge and support to assist you in clarifying your goals.Although no two coaching assignments are the same, I follow a structured process and use proven coaching methods to shape our time together. The length of our coaching engagement depends on the scope of our work, so establishing clear objectives will be our first priority. Self-assessments as well as peer, direct report, and management feedback guide us, and assist in isolating the areas of greatest leverage for you and your organization.Common coaching objectives include:

At the outset, we’ll meet on a weekly basis and then progress to a bi-weekly schedule. I’m also available for emails and calls outside our regularly scheduled appointments.
A milestone in our coaching engagement is the targeted action plan we develop together. It will include realistic goals, tactics, and benchmarks for measuring success. We’ll spend the remainder of our time together working on ways to best incorporate this new learning into your everyday work life, with the ultimate goal of enhancing your leadership effectiveness.
